16 Feb 11 The Essex Property Forum are promoting a lunchtime debate on the 11th March 2011 with the Rt. Hon. Eric Pickles MP (Communities and Local Government Secretary) to discuss how housing and commercial developments can be delivered by the new government policy.

The function, sponsored by Aquila Developments, Bellway Homes, Crest Nicholson, Gipping Construction and The Tooley & Foster Partnership, is to be held at the Channels Golf Club, Chelmsford and is already oversubscribed by members of the Forum and their guests.

The Essex Property Forum is a well established organisation of property based businesses ranging from individual professionals to nationwide developers and surveryors, located in Essex or with a substantial presence in the County.

We welcome firms with a property specialisation, with subscriptions dependent on the size of the organisation.  Bi-annual debates are arranged with high profile speakers and regular luncheon club and educational events provide excellent networking.
