Who we are
The Essex Property Forum is a well established organisation of property-based businesses ranging from individual professionals to nationwide developers and surveyors, based in Essex or with a substantial presence in the County.

Membership
We welcome firms with a property specialisation; our membership includes commercial agents, surveyors, investors, developers, accountants and solicitors.  Subscriptions are dependant of size of organisation and range from £50 to £100.

Benefits
Membership extends to employees.  Bi-annual debates are arranged with high profile speakers and regular luncheon club and educational events provide excellent networking.  The forum’s website carries logos and links to member’s sites and will publish relevant articles that members may wish to provide.  We provide a voice for the property sector in Essex as a whole in lobbying national and local government on issues which affect the industry.
